St James’ Settlement is a Christian Organisation that aim at provide multi social services for the whole societies. This redevelopment project consist of 2 schools and one church. With over 1,000 m² Stanley Plaza is a shopping mall located near sea side which is a great place for relax on weekend.  The visitors can see the green roof when they go into the mall. The green roof area is around 600 m². green area for students/public.
