Sint Michielsgestel's unique and functional fire station was opened in 2011. The building is centrally located in the service area and has been sited nicely to fit in with its verdant surroundings. The eye-catcher is the arched roof of the station garage, constructed with a Nophadrain Extensive Green Roof System. The building is light and transparent and constructed using natural materials and colours.
