One Bay East is a commercial center with consist of two buildings, act as one of the icon in Kwun Tong Area. Total Green Area around 1,500 m². The roof top has used the extensive green roof system including ND WSB-50 Root Barrier, ND 5+1 Drainage System and ND WSM-50 Water Reservoir Panel. Such system can hold more water, which can help plant grow and to decrease the roof surface temperature.
