On top of the shopping complex a sedum roof of approx. 2,800 m² has been realized. The main reason for installing a green roof on the complex was the aspect of rainwater retention.
For the realization of the extensive green roof of the Hart van Stein, the Nophadrain Extensive Green Roof System was chosen.
